Affordable Counselling
We are committed to making therapy as accessible as possible, and we recognise that cost can be a significant barrier to getting support. To help with this, we aim to keep our fees as low as we can.
Face-to-face sessions are offered at £30 per session
Sessions take place in Haywards Heath or Cuckfield, West Sussex
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is held weekly
We are open Monday to Saturday during the daytime and in the evening on weekdays.
The fee for your telephone assessment is £20.
How Our Affordable Counselling Service Works
Our affordable counselling service is made possible through a unique and mutually beneficial model. We partner with trainee counsellors who are currently completing their professional training and require placement hours as part of their accredited course.
By providing these trainee with supervised placement opportunities, we are able to offer high-quality counselling sessions at a significantly reduced cost. Each counsellor works under the close guidance of experienced and accredited supervisors, ensuring that you receive professional, ethical, and compassionate support.
This model not only helps aspiring counsellors gain real-world experience, but also makes mental health support more accessible and affordable for our community.
